I’m Not a “Techie”, But….
I love surfing online. I love reading my blogs and working on my own, but I am not what you’d call a “techie”. I dabble. So when my blogging friend Janelle over at Emmaline Bags & Patterns started working on her Google+ page, I decided to dust my page off and bring it to life. Janelle introduces you to a great Google+ tutorial over at In the Old Road. The tutorial is presented in 4 parts and Shasta guides you step-by-step through setting up your page and how to get the most out of it.
Thanks to Janelle and Shasta, my page is almost done. A little tweaking still needs to be done, but for the most part I’m really happy with how it turned out. Now in addition to other social networking options like Facebook and Twitter, my Google+ page will allow me more ways to follow other bloggers and for others to follow me. If you look up to the top right part of my blog, I have added a “+” button that will take you to my page.
If you have a Google+ page set up and would like to join a Blog Hop, on August 4th I will be participating in a multi-hosted G+ Blog Hop. This is my first Blog Hop, so they are asking everyone link up their G+ profile page (personal and/or business) so that bloggers and/or business owners can share information and “circle” each other. See you there!
