WIP Wednesday ~ Learning & Doing
Lots of WIP going on in the studio right now. This is a good thing though because these cuties are ALL finally back in school and I have a few hours of quiet sewing a day!
For the first time ever I will have each of my boys in a different school 6th – 9th – 3rd. Three new starting and ending times. It’s going pretty well so far, but I really need to sit down and work on my daily schedule! It’s starting to get busy and I need to be as productive as possible.
Here are my WIP for the past few days:
- I am so happy to have been asked to participate in Purse Palooza 2105 again this year. My scheduled post is in early October, so I will let you know when it goes live! I will be sharing my review of Swoon Patterns – Donna.
2. I finally broke down and bought a piping foot for my industrial machine a few weeks back. I am pretty horrible at piping anything, so I’ve been taking some time this week trying to learn to make some that I can actually use. What do you think?
3. I am also started working on my second rosette for La Passacaglia. This one will be all Tula Pink Saltwater. Handstitching is getting easier for me. This quilt is going to be my karate quilt…..I work on it during youngest’s 4 sessions a week!
4. My last WIP for the week will be finishing up this secret sewing project. It’s going to be fantastic when it’s done. I can’t wait to share it with everyone.
What have you all been working on this week? I’m linking up with WIP Wednesday over at Freshly Pieced, come join in.
